According to Mr. Alfonso, the school did have recycling bins, but students used them as regular garbage cans. As a result, it became very unsanitary; therefore, the odds of PBL getting more recycling bins are super slim. The concern for the environment, though, is very admirable because most people wouldn’t have noticed the scarcity of recycling bins around the school.
