Cassandra Rahming Day!

Cassandra Rahming, the Lady Rams head basketball coach, is the first African American female to reach 500 career  wins in Palm Beach County! To celebrate this achievement, a special day has been created for Coach Rahming. On February 24, the Ram Regiment Band kicked off the celebration with a toe-tapping performance during both lunches in recognition and honor of Coach Rahming.  In addition, there was a spotlight on Coach Rahming at the Black Student Union’s talent show for Black History Month.  The Ramily at PBL showered Coach Rahming with love and support.  Coach confided that she was “happy and overwhelmed with joy.” Five hundred wins is nothing to sneeze at, and when asked to share the secret to her success, she stated simply that she always makes sure to keep her players disciplined and [skilled] in the fundamentals [of the game].” Congratulations to Ms. Rahming and the Lady Rams! Now, on to 600!
