There is so much for budding teachers to learn–professional dress is one topic for the students in the Early Childhood Teacher Academy (ECTA for short). Once a month, Mrs. Morris (ECTA instructor) will require the students in all four levels to dress professionally throughout the school day. The first Professional Dress day was Thursday, August 26. The students received a grade for their participation as well as many accolades from their peers and teachers. The object of these days is to teach students how to be appropriate for the jobs and careers that they will soon hold. Everyone who dressed up thoroughly enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to the next Professional Dress day in ECTA at PBL.
